2. Payment

On Danskertesten.dk you can pay with: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is charged to your account only when the service has been delivered (i.e. when you have been granted access to Plus content).

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and takes place immediately after payment. You get access to Plus features right away.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you entered into the agreement to purchase a subscription or access. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days.

You can send an email to [email protected] stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will refund the full amount without question within the withdrawal period.

5. Right of complaint

The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. As this concerns the sale of a digital service, the 2-year complaint right applies in principle to the extent relevant to the service.

We need the following information when you shop with us: name and email address. We register and pass on the personal data necessary to deliver the service to you.
